My Aviva reward brings all the information on reward into one place for all UK based Aviva employees to access easily either at work or from home at https://www.myavivareward.co.uk
If you are viewing the site from work you will be able to see all of the information held on the site. However, if you are looking at the site from anywhere else then any information that is held on our intranet will not be accessible.
If you want to view your personal reward statement through my Aviva reward, you will need your staff reference number and a password, which will be sent to you through the post. You can view your personal reward statement at work or anywhere you can access the internet.
You should have received your password at your home address. If you need a new password you will need to request a new one by following the instructions held on the my personal reward statement log-in page.
Once you have logged-in, you will be able to change your password to something more memorable. Please keep your password safe as the data held on your personal reward statement will be updated every month so it's worth taking a look regularly to see if anything has changed. You will also need it again to access my Aviva flex when this is introduced in June.
The majority of personalised data is provided by HR-i and is refreshed monthly, following payday. Data for Free Share Award Scheme, Share Investment Plan and Aviva Save As You Earn Scheme will be updated quarterly in February, May, August and November.
The Aviva Share Price is updated monthly.
